Smoking chicken wings

  1. I smoke 9 dozen then put them in the broiler till they were crispy. Covered them with a few different sauces and then devoured them. Well at least three dozen. Saved the rest for this week.

    Holy cow, your the reason wings are so expensive! What did you season them with? That's a great load!

    I'm pretty new at this but have tried wings a few times now. I found throwing them on the grill after smoking really helped crisp up the skin and caramelize the sauce. Turned into the best wings we've ever had

    Hey guys. I'm new here but i tried this before as well. I agree they turn out awesome after smoking and finishing them off on the grill
