Smoking Chicken Quarters and finish in The Big Easy

  1. Smoking Chicken Quarters, zucchini in foil and potatoes in the Traeger

    Finished up in Char-Broil The Big Easy to crisp of the skin and finish corn and potatoes.

    Time for my lovely wife to plate up.

    Oh man I love chicken quarters, probably (besides turkey legs) my favorite piece of bird to smoke.
    Looks like a great job getting the skin nice and crispy. Looks like some nice rub on the outside, what did you love it up with?... unless it's a secret...[​IMG]
