Smoking brisket

  1. Hi all,

    I am going to smoke brisket for 4th of July and then I have read most of Gary S.' articles(thanks Gary), and here butcher paper is mentioned, are there anyone here from Houston, TX who knows I can find it here. Really want to make it with that.

  2. If you have a Cabela's near by, that's where I picked up mine. Bass Pro should have it also.

  4. Hey folks I'm gonna do a big flat brisket this weekend and I was wondering can you just smoke a small flat brisket, cut it into cubes and make burnt ends?
