just wanted to join have just got me a 40in masterbuilt electric smoker.have done some years ago and want to start again3/12/16 just got back from checking out ba smoking comp.at Nashville shores,in tn.with a car show also.must have been 25-30 competeing,i believe it is a 1st.at Nashville shores.really enjoyed it
