Smoking along from Jacksonville Beach Florida

Hi all!

I have been lurking around for a while, and wanted to introduce myself.  Been smoking butts, ribs, chickens, and sausage for around 8 years now.  I have smoked with Propane, charcoal, and electric.  I am currently using charcoal at the moment, but for ease of use I am going to be moving back to propane - something to be said for being able to keep a 250 temp and walking away for hours :)

Anyways I will be posting photos of the two butts I injected, dry rubbed, and sprayed with apple juice later this after noon!

I should also note I have family that just moved here from London just a few days ago that have never had good old southern smoked bbq, and being I was raised here in the south I want to give them a great experience.. I think all we need is some sweet tea.. ;)
