Greetings from Northeast Florida!
I am relatively new to smoking and I have gotten my feet wet with the ECB. I'll tell ya, emphasize the EC, but it still does a decent job, at least for a rookie like me. I made the mods to the legs which makes life a LOT easier. I also splurged for the Maverick E73, good investment there too (lol, cost more than my darn smoker!).
The bride is looking into an "outdoor living area" and I have successfully negotiated a smoker upgrade when we make that happen so I have that going for me.
I have been lurking around this joint for a while now and thought it was time to come out of the shadows and join y'all!
I look forward to some help along the way and hopefully some day I'll have some to pass on to the "next generation". I'll posting some questions about my first turkey smoke later today.....
