Hello everyone, name is Maxwell,  I've been smoking for a few years now and as most of you, I can't get enough of it.  Between work, church, and my wonderful wife and daughter, I smoke as much as I can.  I have done real well with briskets, pork shoulders, turkey, chicken and fish.  Just ordered my first whole pig!  I use 2 older brinkman pitmasters that I have done some tuning to.  They work great for what I do, and hopefully big enough to fit my small pig. I am also working on building my 300 gallon reverse flow on a trailer, can't wait!
