Hey all, I am new to the forum, as well as fairly new to smoking. In one night on this forum I have learned a wealth of knowledge and can't wait to try some of your suggestions out. I bought a precooked ham, about 9 lbs and thought it might be nice to thorw it out on the smoker to add a little flavor to it. I was wondering if you all thought this is worth doing and if so do you have any recipe suggestions? Thanks in advance for any advice.
