Smoking a pork shoulder for nephews 2nd birthday tomorrow with Q-view

    [​IMG]10lb pork shoulder injected with some cherry DR.Pepper and a dry rub. Have mustard and pork rub on outside going to be smoking with royal oak lump and cherry wood. Will update as time goes on.

    I have seen a few people use Dr. Pepper, sounds awesome!

    Yea me too I usually use apple juice, but maybe I should give Dr. Pepper a try.
