Decided to smoke up a pork loin this evening. It's a cool one here in NE Mississippi.
Here it is after an hour in the heat.
I also have a little jalapeño and cheddar sausage and some rib tips in there.
What rub? That's a good size loin!
It's a store bought rub I bought at a local grocery store. Good stuff. It's mixed specially for the store, so it doesn't really have a brand name.
I'm rarely ever satisfied with anything I cook, but I was pretty pleased with this one. Good smoke, good flavor.

Looks a little more done then I like mine but I must say that I never saw any of my pork loins get as excited as his in that first picture! lol!!!
