Rubbed and let sit in fridge over night. On the smoker at 7am.

Added fuel.. Lump and apple chunks, and a quick spritz of apple juice/acvig 1/2&1/2 roughly

I can almost taste that pulled pork.
To kick it up a notch consider using my finishing sauce (NC Dip) and BDSE.
