Smoking a Pork Butt

    Rubbed and let sit in fridge over night. On the smoker at 7am.

    Took a peek at 2 hours in... Wow awesome.stuff!

    Added fuel.. Lump and apple chunks, and a quick spritz of apple juice/acvig 1/2&1/2 roughly
    Coming along nicely, nice bark forming... YUM

    Great lookin butts there Hotsauce!!!

    I can almost taste that pulled pork.

    To kick it up a notch consider using my finishing sauce (NC Dip) and BDSE.
