So, ya going to pull it or slice it? Have you got your bisquits all ready for in the morning? Small rolls for gut bombs (sliders)? I even like ham & cheddar Quesadillas!  Ham and brussel sprouts (or cabbage)? Oh My, Oh my, Oh my! I think I need to start a cure just to be ready when it cools off! No sense wasting time!

  7. LOL!!!
I have dollar buns ready for sammys to take to work tomorrow. Tonight it will be potato bombs, grilled fresh veggies and jalapeño cheese bread with sliced ham.

  10. Nothing better than a beautiful fall day and smoke coming from a smoker!

  11. Time to get the potato bombs ready.

Core out the center add pepper cheese, plug the holes with the ends of the core. Wrap in bacon then foil. Grill for an hour slice open and serve with sour cream and green onion.

  12. Vegetables ready for grilling....
