Hello everyone. New to the forum but not to smoking. I live in Fife, WA but originally from Texas. Smoking is in my blood. My grandfather was a master smoker. I look forward to learning and sharing on this forum. I am smoking a boneless turkey breast today on my new MES 30.

Welcome to SMF!

The MES is a great unit. Wonder how long it will be before you want The 40"?

Show us some QView of the finished product if you get a chance.

Welcome to SMF glad you joined us. I moved your post to the Roll Call section so you can get a proper welcome to the site

Welcome and have fun. I am on the east side of the state and am currently trying to beat the cold for smoking. My addiction is for sausage and nothing hotter then 170*

Sure hope you enjoy your hobby and i hope that your grandpa passed on some knowledge to you.

Good smoking

Karl

Here's the Turkey Breast I smoked Saturday.  Sorry the pic is little blurry.  It was yummy and even better for sandwiches the next day.
