Smokin the harvest!

    We'll at least a portion of it! Cold smoke, apple pellets in the AMNTS, using the Mini and the mailbox mod.

    Put half of my Italian roaster peppers and all of my jalapeño peppers in the smoker. I will dry these after the smoke. I froze a half the Italian peppers for use this winter.

    Thanks Santa! The mini mailbox mod works great for cold smoking!!!

    Out if the smoker! Strung the jalapeños to dry. Put the Italian roasters into the freezer to per-freeze prior to vac packing.

    Vac packed up the pre-frozen non-smoked Italian roasters!

  6. I've a ton of questions and lots of chilies to smoke... how long did you smoke em? Do you have any after pics???
