Great to find this site...super psyched to see all the threads, as I love smokin'. I have a number of different smoking units, such as: Kamado Joe Egg, Master built electric smoker, and lastly...my gas grill (indirect heat).
I LOVE smoked flavors, and could eat smoked meats 7 days a week and never be tired of it!
I'll be checking in all the time. Love to see all the great shared topics!
