Afternoon to all my Smokin friends. Smoked a rack of spare ribs today and just wanted to share some pictures of today's smoke :grilling_smilie: did the minion method along with a couple chucks of cherry wood. Kept my temps between 225-250 did the basic smoke nothing special. Only thing I did different was the rub. I used the Killer Hogs BBQ RUB. Added a nice flavor to the meat. Smoked the ribs for 3 hrs, wrapped them in foil with brown sugar, honey, and some butter for 1-1/2 hrs then spread some Open Pit BBQ sauce on them and back on the smoker for another 30 mins. Anyway they turned out great nice and moist, tender and juicy. Had nice pull back off the bone and a nice cherry smoke ring! :yahoo:

Joe, Those ribs looked great. Good color, good pull back on the bones, lots of meat and a great bite. Keep up the good work, Joe.
