Hi all. Smoked first country ribs Sunday. Some turned out great some ok. Read lots of info from you guy's witch helped bunches. I had country ribs in freezer so I thought I would use them. I smoked some and grilled some. The smoked ribs were great the grilled ribs overdone a bit. Daughter & family also thought they were very good. Happy for first time. Thanks to all of you for the help.Till later Big Mo.

I used Grill Mates Pork rub, a small amount of all spice and garlic. I put the ribs in a foil pan with about 1/2 cup apple juice. Put in smoker @ 225 deg. for about 4 hrs. Mixed apple juice and red wine vinegar in spray bottle and sprits it every hour. The ribs on the grill were the same rub but used a couple different spices. Put on grill at 175-210 deg. for a couple house. I also sprits them every hour. Should have taken them off a little quicker than I did ( little dry) but great flavor. Great learning experience.
