I am just starting out with a smokintex 1400 electric smoker. I have had some cheap charcoal smokers that couldn't hold heat and were constant work to keep within 50 degrees of where recipes called for. The Smokintex was recommended to me and then i found a barely used one on craigslist so I went for it. Any suggestions for meals where you put the meat on then the potatoes then the veggies then everything comes out all at once would be welcome. So far have done pulled pork, chicken, and pork ribs(big not baby back).
