Uncle and Nephew teaming up to bring some good smoked meat to North Central Florida. Homeade BBQ sauce (famous), coleslaw and more.Operating out of Providence, Florida.

I do have a couple questions;

Im trying to determine whether we should sale Sweet Coleslaw or our coleslaw which is not sweet. Any ideas?

Also, are there any websites out there to check out local events?

I vote for a sweeter slaw. more people like it, in my experience. I have made both and the sweeter goes much faster.

Welcome Bighop glad to have you here.  I think a lot what you decide is determined by the sweetness in your sauce. Too much sweet is not going to be good
