Saying hello to everyone. Looking forward to gettin advice from anyone that has any to give. Wanting to build my own smoker at low cost, anyone have any input for a beginner. Also have many options on wood here in Fla such as well guess I should start with orange, grapefruit, and tangerines(occasionally) also Lychee, mango, avocado, guava, oak and hickory. Any recommendations?
