Smokin It Model 2

My new Smokin It Model 2 arrived tonight. Just got it put together and it looks awesome! Will season it tomorrow night and ribs going in Saturday. I'll let you know how it turns out.

I wouldn't mind getting an electric smoker but I would need to get power back in my garage first. I need to dig a trench and I'm kind of lazy so I use charcoal.
