Smokin in Vegas

Howdy everyone.

I have been smoking meat for about a year now. Started out with an EBC and no real knowledge. I found the site when searching for a way to control the heat in my smoker better. Wow, what a wealth of info I found when I clicked on your site. I have recently received a Char Griller Smokin Pro from my wife and just started to use it.

We are into rock crawling, scenic wheelin, camping -  and we live in a great place for all things outdoors including smoking food and drinking beer.

I lived for 10 years in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Every once in awhile you'd be giving someone your address and they would pause, look at you funny, and then ask a bit incredulously "Your town is named after the comedian?" They always seemed a bit disappointed when I informed that no, the reverse was probably closer to the truth.
