Weather was raining and very windy today but the GOSM held temps real well for a change. Thought I would give the basket weave a try. Pretty easy to do... Smoked with hickory and apple wood on the breakfast fattie and spares which I trimmed St Louis style.

I hear ya Morkdach. It was raining cats and dogs here in Topeka while I was smoking, but it didn't last real long... just the dang wind...

Hope all turns out well for ya!

Mofo...WARNING...I think you should send me a slab of those ribs. I will taste test and make sure they are safe for your family. I am here for you buddy.
