Hello Everyone
Im out here in central KY watching the cats growl and the grass grow. Im a proffessional chef and have been for about 20 years currently rattling pots and pans for a thriving internet business full of hungry warehousers and pencil pushers.

For the last 10-12 years my entire life has been devoted to getting the skill and money together to open a joint out here in the sticks specializing in BBQ, Hot Sauces, and all the tools for my adventurous friends to take home and make their own smokey masterpieces.

I've got sauce in my veins and rub under my nails. My friends call me Slim and my enemies dont call at all.

I'm glad I found you here and I reckon youll be sick of me way before I'm gone.

Whoa...a professional chef...wait, I think we are all professional smokers in our own domain! At least I have the wife convinced of that if nobody else! Welcome...I will be looking forward to your suggestions and perhaps a few new recipes.

Slim, welcome to the site. A professional chef, a man after my wn heart. I've been looking to go to school here soon to get a little education in the culinary ways of the world. Until that happens I will be content with my grill and BBQ. Turning out good grub for the family and friends after all that's what it is all about.

Have fun and I also look forward to hearing about your experiences.

Thanks for the welcome.

Just remember Chef is the word used for the cook who takes the blame.

Heh... Welcome fellow cook/BBQ man! We all tend to be chefs...after all it just means chief cook :{) Many here are the kitchen bosses, and all are pit bosses. Different levels of course...but man does the SMF get 'em thru the rank and file FAST!

Looking forward to sharing experiences with ya!
