Hello, everyone. This is Jason and Denise and we'd love to learn a few things from, and share a few things with, everyone.

Jason is more experienced with smoking than I am. In the past, Jason has used wood slabs to fuel his smoker, but we just purchased an electric unit (Masterbuilt 30" digital) today.  Once the seasoning process is complete we're planning to load it up with ribs, chicken, potatoes and corn. Looks like a late dinner tonight :)

We're happy to be here!

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from another sunny and hot day in East Texas and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
