Hi all! I am Steve from Cleveland, OH and I am a pretty much "brand new" smoker. I did some sausage for Easter this year, which tasted pretty good to me! I use a Weber smoker with an electric hotplate for the heat source (don't be too hard on me!). I really want to get some info so I canuse this set-up to smoke a brisket. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!

First off welcome to SMF. I cann't help you on your smoker delemma I have a propane unit myself. But you'll like here the guys and girls (alot of good ones here) love to help in any way you happen to need. One thing you should check out is the 5-day e-course Jeff offers here.
