Hey guys new to the forum. I'm from North Florida been smoking for a couple of years now. I have a propane perfect flame smoker that I use regularly and a big pull behind smoker for those larger jobs. The propane smoker is different so I'm getting used to it, any advice would be welcome.
Some of my recent cooks have been a boston butt some spare ribs, a turkey breast, and some smoked chicken.
