Hello all! MS native who loves to cook anything on the smoker! Found y'all while looking for some reviews on a WSM 22.5 Looks like a lot of great folks and great ideas here. I've been cooking for 13 years now and have loved it from day one. Started on a vertical smoker someone gave me that came from home depot... burned it out in a summer and bought a real one. I do most of my cooking on two smokers, both on trailers. One reverse flow custom made from a 150 gal propane tank and one reverse flow made form 42" pipe. I have done a lot of smoking for groups, friends, local contests, but mostly because I like to EAT it! I bought a 22.5 WSM because with 5 yr old and 18 mth old boys, I do most of my cooking close to the house now and I wanted something a little less labor intensive. So far so good.. Look forward to being part of the forum!
