Smokin' in Michigan (Newbie)

Hello everyone, my name is Kevin and I'm from Zeeland, MI.  I'm new to the forum and to smoking in general.  I'm very interested in learning more on how to use my smoker.  I have a masterbuilt, 30", analog, electric smoker.  I have used it twice now with Okay results.  I look forward to this forum and happy smokin' to all!

Kevin, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here with the new MES.  There are a ton of folks here that have one so you should be an expert in no time.  There are also a lot of folks here from Michigan so check out the Groups section.  I believe they have a Group there.
