Smokin in Idaho

Hello everyone. I have been luriking the last few days and amazed with all the information available. Not many real true BBQ places here in Idaho, so for the past couple of months I have wanted to get into smoking my own meats.

I purchased the CharGrill-Pro w/SFB a couple of weeks ago and have been looking around for help to get started smoking. Ran into this site and have really obtained a ton of information, tips and tricks to get me off to the right start.

So a quick Hello to everyone and I look forward to some deslicious eats in the near future!!!...

Here in Jersey you can't get good Q anywhere, but after joining this site I have been able to pull off some great smokes, with a lot of help from everyone here.
