Hello all, I'm nate. I've been smoking on a small scale for years & also have a couple hog roasts under my belt on borrowed roasters. Got the chance to buy a home made roaster of my own this week so I jumped on it! My new roaster has never been used yet so no tips or advice came with it so please forgive me for any novice or uneducated questions lol
