JUST GETTING INTO THIS SMOKIN HOBBY.  I AVE TRIED CHICKEN - TURKEY - PORK - FISH - MEAT LOAF - BEEF - VEGETABLES AND MACARONI & CHEESE.

I HAVE USED HICKORY - APPLE - CHERRY - PECAN & MESQUITE WOOK CHIPS.

I AM USING A MASTERBUILT ELECTRIC SMOKER WITH THREE SHELVES. SEEMS TO WORK PRETTY WELL FOR MY ABILITY AND KNOWLEDGE.  I HOPE TO IMPROVE MY ABILITY AND KNOWLEDGE IN THIS HOBBY.

WHERE I AM REALLY FALLING SHORT IN KNOWLEDGE ARE THE RUBS.  THERE ARE SO MANY AVAILABLE - BOTH IN RECIPIES AND MIXED AND READY TO BUY.

BY JOINING THIS FORUM - I HOPE TO BECOME NOT AN EXPERT BUTKNOWLEDGABLE ENOUGH THAT I CAN FEEL COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO INVITE OTHERS FOR A MEAL BESIDES JUST THE FAMILY.
