Hello everyone!  My name is John and I live in Israel.  I have been here for 5 years and have decided to to start a smoking business.  It has taken may turns and has it own ways.  First I have built a reverse flow smoker from some old water tanks.  It is very different from the standard vertical smokers that they use here.  I am selling brisket, chicken and smoked portobello mushroom sandwiches.  On the side note people now have asked me to make them smokers for them.  Here is a photo of my smoker.  I am also starting to do smoked meats for people for their friday night dinner.

 I am using a sauce from the US and am selling the American flavor and size.  I love what I am doing and looking forward to learning more and more each day.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

That is a nice smoker. Maybe you can make a little money building them.
