Smokers??? 2 door or single door

Im looking to purchase a new smoker. Going w/ the masterbuilt propane, should i get the door smoker or will the single door do just fine. only asking cause people say ill loose all the smoke when refilling chips and juice or water with the single door smoker?

I had a Master Forge 2 door gasser and I suppose that logic makes sense. Most here will wind up with some sort of smoke generator like a AMNPS for hours of smoke with no addition of chips or pellets needed and just as many will not use the water pan after once or twice, adding playsand to it instead to create a heatsink of sorts. I had no real complaints on mine....but needed to do some mods to seal the doors and accurately monitor the temps with additional gauges. HTH......Willie
