I got a Masterbuilt 30" electric for my first smoker. Been almost a year and a half and I still love it. Kinda wish I'd gotten the 40" tho so I wouldn't have to cut my ribs in half to fit in the smoker.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a nice day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Duck delite, welcome to SMF!  Have fun shopping for the smoker.  All types have their supporters here.  If you're thinking charcoal at all, there's always a big sale Memorial Day weekend at Home Depot where you can stock up for the year at 50% off.

Looking forward to seeing what you choose.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is

Happy smoken.
