Well I purchased a used 30" Masterbuilt electric smoker that is in decent shape so I am ready to start smoking some meat! I am sure I will have many questions because I have never done this before. Looking through the forums it looks like there is a lot of great knowledge here. Gonna try it out tomorrow have a rack of pork ribs and a pork tenderloin to smoke. Super excited.
