Smoker Newbie!

Hi everyone!

As suggested, I'm submitting this. My name is Allan and I'm from Ontario Canada....half way between Montreal and Ottawa....about 50 miles to either city. I just purchased my first smoker...a Masterbuilt Bluetooth unit that I just received today and plan to use for the first time on the weekend. This site is amazing and I'm looking forward to learning the most I can. Thanks in advance for all the help!
