Hey everyone - great community spirit on this, I love it already.

Just brought my first smoker as I have just moved out of the city(London) and finally have a garden space where I can smoke!

I purchased a ProQ Frontier after reading some good reviews and cant wait to get smoking.

Hi Paul - Welcome to the forum. Which part of the country did you move out to? There are a few of us on here from the south and south east.

The ProQs are great to cook on and there was always a lot of discussion about them and the WSM on the BBBQS forum when I used to post on there. It should be a good weekend this weekend so there is no excuse for not firing the ProQ up

Thanks all.

@wade, I have moved out to the northern part of Surrey, a small village in Elmbridge called Oxshott.

I've been busy making my first rub this evening. Pork shoulder is ordered from the local butcher. Sunday is my first smoke day and pulled pork is on the menu....

Welcome Paul. Good to have you with us! Feel free to ask any questions. Plenty people willing to help out. Be sure to post pics of your smoke. That's what we live for!
