Smoker Newbie from South San Francisco- Finally getting around to posting here

Hi all my name is Travis and I am a......  (sorry wrong forum...) addicted to smoking.....

Been grilling for years on my trusty Weber 18.5 and little Smokey Joe, which has seen better days, so in July, bought myself a Masterbuilt Barrel grill with side fire box for my birthday.  Thanks to this wonderful forum, did the basic mods, and have been smoking ever since, (only missed about 3 weekends), family loves it.  Had to fire up the freezer in the garage again after some of the trips to costco were filling the freezer.  Love'n all the recipes and cooking tips.  Favorites so far are the pulled pork, fatties and the various ribs.  Buying the grill has been great, built a sun/rain shade in the backyard so I can cook all year round.  I can't stop about the wealth of information here on the board, I have yet to find anything I couldn't find here on the board it has been so great!  Thanks ALL for the great community!  Looking forward to posting some Q-Views of the various cooks, just have to go through the pictures....  (too busy eating I guess)  Thanks again and happy holidays all!
