I am considering an electric unit. The smoken-it is very small compared to the canjun. Also the price is high. What are your thoughts?Thanks
Thanks for the input. I will look at a MES. Any thoughts on the Smoken-It. It is 12 1/2X13 1/2X17 1/4.It will do 22lb of meat.I'm not sure how large I need but I can't imagine doing over 22 lb. Is the MES very insulated. Thanks again!
