My first time smoking anything and my wings turned out great. Attached above is a picture of my smoker and my wings. Tonight I think I'm going to do smoked brats for the family. Any tips on what kind of wood to use??

Looks good!  What temp did you use?  What kind of wood did you use?  Any seasoning on those bad boys?  About how long did they take in the smoker?

The wings look great!

As for the brats, I use hickory or oak, but that's because it's very plentiful around here.

Thank you for the comments guys!! The brats turned out awesome and I ended up using the hickory chips for them, thanks for the re-assurance on that one Al. I wasn't sure if it would be to potent for the brats but I treaded lightly with the smoke and they came out even better than I expected. I read somewhere that to much hickory can make the meat come out bitter.

For the Wings Voodoo I marinated them in a dry rub of black pepper, onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder and Lawrys season salt in the fridge for three hours. In the smoker at 225 for 50 minutes, turning them over half way through. I did the sauce on the stove which was honey, bbq sauce and apple juice and just got it warmed through than poured them over the wings which I put in a tinfoil disposable pan after the fifty minutes were up and than put the whole thing back in the smoker for an additional 25 minutes. I used apple wood chips.

Next smoke will be Wild Turkey breast I shot in Kansas. Any pointers on smoking Wild turkey would be awesome. Thanks.
