Saturday I bought some chicken wings, cut them up into party wings and added a homemade rub for a treat on Sunday.

I put them on my BGE at around 275- 280 with maple and oak for the smoke for about 2 hours.

I then deep fried them for 2 minutes in peanut oil and put on a little bit of BBQ sauce.

I just wanted them as a snack for the work week and give me an excuse to use my new vacuum food sealer, but they turned out too well and I ate half of them Sunday and the rest yesterday.

When I make smoked wings, I brine them first.  Ends up a lot more moister final product.  Can't beat them on the BGE.

Grange, morning.....   those wings look gooood....  Did you use the vac sealer  ????  Next batch I'll bet you do more wings... Wings that good don't last long ....  LOL

I used the vaccuum sealer, but not for the wings
