Either my search-foo really sucks or I am not reading right, but I am having a hard time finding recipes for smoking a whole turkey (15lb?)
It will be brined for 2 days, aired in fridge for 1 day then injected and/or rubbed, etc. Problem is I can' find a good recipe.
I will be using a MAK pellet grill.
