I felt dumb over the weekend when I realized that I left my digital thermometer in the smoke chamber. Fortunately, I realized it in time and after it cooled off it resumed normal function except for one button sticking. Unfortunately, I did it AGAIN and left it in for way to long and 'smoked' the thermometer
I don't trust myself not to do this again, so I want to get another probe-type thermometer, so I can monitor 3 pieces of meat at the same time. I currently have this unit and love it:

I was thinking of getting a second one, with extra food probes. Between the two units I would measure 3 pieces of meat and the cooking chamber.
Does anyone know if:
1) I can put a food probe in the smoker probe slot without a problem
2) Can I run two of these without them interfering with each other wirelessly.
Thanks!
