Did these for supper on thirsday night for my family. They were devoured. I guess thats a good sign. Here we go. Rubbed with whole grain mustard and my modified rib rub. On the smoker for 2.5 hours Then on the grill for some sauce. I used Bonesuckin Hot Thicker style. That is my all time favorite bottled sauce. Smoke ring didn't show up in the pics too well, but it's there. The full menu included tenderloin,steak tips, chinese chicken wings and the wife's cabbage salad. This was one of the best ones I ever did.
