I've done a bit of searching both here and the internet in general and every recipe I can find for smoking steaks calls for it to be finished on a grill. Is there a way to smoke a ribeye or t-bone without finishing on a grill and still have it turn out good? I have a MES. Thanks

What is your definition of good?  You can smoke steak till your desired doneness without grilling.  It won't have the crust from searing it at high heat, but that doesn't make it not good.  I believe there are some bone in rib eye/prime rib smokes on here without grilling.

Yea smoked ribeye is great.

But if you want to really step outside the box try a deep fried ribeye.

Maybe 2 minutes in the fryer.
