Thinking about smoking shrimp, lobster, and crab legs. Any input? Recipes, times and temps. Using an electric master built smoker. Not doing all the meats at the same time. Just thoughts going thru my head.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a cold and cloudy day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

And a good afternoon from an even colder St. Paul, MN. Looking for some smoked shellfish recipes. I would like to try shrimp, crab legs, and lobster. Not all at the same time. But would like to try doing each one.
