This was my throwdown entry for Feb. I know it wasnt a winner but i enjoyed it and so did my family... so i thought id post some qview. The salmon was drizzled with evoo then covered in Coarse ground black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, a little sea salt, and some Lime juice. Smoked at 250 until Flakey about two hours. Then touched on the grill to give it a crust. Black beans on the smoker, never tried it before but they were awesome. Also salsa made from smoked veggies, didnt last very long at my house.
