Smoked salmon Quesadilla.

  1. This was my throwdown entry for Feb. I know it wasnt a winner but i enjoyed it and so did my family... so i thought id post some qview. The salmon was drizzled with evoo then covered in Coarse ground black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, a little sea salt, and some Lime juice. Smoked at 250 until Flakey about two hours. Then touched on the grill to give it a crust.








    Black beans on the smoker, never tried it before but they were awesome. Also salsa made from smoked veggies, didnt last very long at my house. Hope you enjoyed the qview!
