Smoked Ribs

    not gonna lie been a lurker for a long time... finally got my brinkman and stared some ribs. let you all know later how they came out.

    200 degrees for about 5 hours over apple wood chunks. Special rub and a mop the last 30 to 45 minutes. wish me luck.

    when they were done i decided to try one....after about a half rack of "test" ribs i decided that they were a success. will try to post pics when i am finished eating.[​IMG]
