smoked ribeye tonight

    tonights meal.. smoked at 225 with mes. pellets till int temp at 125 took of let sit fired up grill to 600 sear each side for 1 minute , i garnished with sauteed mushroom and onions and 2 bud lights

    So easy to do..smoke at 225 til int temp of 125 (my prefer taste on med rare) then let sit for couple minutes bring grill up to 550 sear on both sides for 1 minute each
  6. the rib eyes look and sound great - do you put a dry rub on first?

    That,s almost exactly how I did mine last night! I'm still enjoying the meal. It was that good. Yours look that good too!
